Inner-City Dental Hospital To Be Dedicated In Memory Of Dr. William Roy On Oct. Fifteen.

My opinion ; The complaint alleges the accused lured patients in with fake promotin, cheated them by providing shoddy or half finished treatment, signed tZem up for financing to pay for that treatment, the provisions of which were not properly divulged, if at all, and then, once patient compladns escalated, deserted the practices only to start the scheme anew some place else or under a different practice name.
