A South Carolina girl has won a $2 million jury decision against a dental hospital that accidentally pulled 13 teeth.

16 of her higher teeth. State court records in Florence indicate the jury returned the award late last week. Smith claims that when she paid a visit to the hospital it was originally to be given treatment for a cracked tooth, but that doctors endorsed pulling 2 additional teeth, reports CBS affiliate WBTW-TV in Florence. One of Smith's barristers, Robert Ransom, expounded the girl plans to have restorative surgery as quickly as possible. Hospital lawyer Saunders Bridges claimed he is considering an appeal.
