Lady Awarded $2M After Dentist Pulls sixteen Teeth.


A South Carolina girl has won a $2 million jury decision against a dental hospital that accidentally pulled 13 teeth.

Smith claims that when she paid a visit to the hospital it was originally to be given treatment for a cracked tooth, but that doctors endorsed pulling 2 additional teeth, reports CBS affiliate WBTW-TV in Florence. One of Smith's barristers, Robert Ransom, expounded the girl plans to have restorative surgery as quickly as possible. Hospital lawyer Saunders Bridges claimed he is considering an appeal.
